Note: For Gmail, you need to use an App Password, not your regular password.

Step 1: First enable 2-Step Verification: Enable 2-Step Verification

Step 2: Then get an App Password: Get an App Password

Gmail Setup Instructions:

Enable 2-Step Verification first - This is required before you can create App Passwords
Create an App Password - A 16-digit passcode that gives this application permission to access your Gmail account
Use the App Password - Enter the 16-digit App Password (not your regular Gmail password) in the password field above

Why App Passwords? Google requires App Passwords for security when using third-party applications with Gmail. This protects your main account password.

Add Unsubscribe Link (Recommended for compliance)

Gmail Limits:
• Personal Gmail: 500 emails/day, 100 emails/hour
• Google Workspace: 2,000 emails/day, 500 emails/hour
Use delays between emails to avoid spam detection.
